Close to Chichester town centre
Minerva Heights is just over a mile from the centre of Chichester, from where frequent train services run to Southampton, Brighton, Portsmouth and London Victoria, approximately an hour and a half away. The development is within the Plusbus zone, which offers various ticketing options for unlimited bus travel within the Chichester area. The five-and-a-half mile Centurion Way cycle path passes the southern edge of the site and connects with the South Coast Cycle Route for long-distance walking or cycling, and also provides a pleasant alternative route into the city centre. The local area
A shopping precinct at Oliver Whitby Road, half a mile away, includes a Co-op food store, a convenience store and Post Office, a pharmacist, a family butcher and other services. In the city centre, the fascinating diversity of independent stores and high street names is interspersed with tearooms, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs in picturesque, partially pedestrianised streets. There are also several large stores and supermarkets, including John Lewis, Sainsbury, Aldi and Lidl, around Portfield Retail Park to the east of the city centre.
Dominated by its magnificent cathedral, Chichester sets history and heritage alongside vibrant, eclectic live entertainment. Major attractions include world-class art at the Pallant House Gallery, the Novium Museum with its Roman remains, and the celebrated Chichester Festival Theatre. A Cineworld is complemented by a small art-house cinema, and a number of pubs and small venues host music and other events.
There are several attractive parks and play areas around the city, and the Westgate Leisure Centre incorporates two swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. Opportunities for outdoor leisure are exceptional, with facilities such as Chichester Watersports with its kayaking, water skiing and inflatables Aqua Park, and Goodwood aerodrome and racecourse. For long- distance walking, Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, to the south, and the vast South Downs National Park to the north, are both within easy reach.

Our{{' '}}Reviews
Don't just take our word for it. These are just some of the comments our customers have had to say about their brand new home.
" We really wanted a house that didn’t require a lot of work before we moved in."
We saw when the sales office was due to open, studied the site plans and decided to reserve a plot. Exactly six months later we picked up the keys and shortly after, we were settling down in our cosy new home; it instantly felt very homely.."Our new home is largely open-plan which is great for entertaining."
We were instantly attracted to the Shenstone house type as it was a two-storey home and situated in a beautiful area on the development. We previously lived in a three-storey house with very steep stairs and it just didn’t suit our lifestyle anymore. Our new home is largely open-plan which is great for entertaining and ensuring that our dog, Fanny, has plenty of space to roam.
"The garden is also a good size to easily maintain, and the flint and stone finish makes the house look even more special."
Its design is very sympathetic to the location. The neighbourhood has already been very welcoming and we are looking forward to the future and being part of this community.Mr Harper and Mr Robinson, Minerva Heights

“I didn’t want to spend a couple of years doing a house up, I wanted to move in and live.”
When I first saw the Miller Homes development, I was happy with what I saw as the houses had a good quality of build using brickwork and blockwork. Now that my home is built, it’s even more spacious than I thought it would be when I originally looked at the plans.
“Minerva Heights is in a good, central point.”
I travel frequently east and west to be with family, and to go between the various sites I travel to for work, like the Goodwood Race Circuit. Where I'm situated now makes that very easy for me. I also do a lot of mountain biking. There are a lot of parks to choose from, and Kingley Vale Nature Reserve isn’t far away. It’s a great area to live in.
“The guys that come around to sort the snagging out are fantastic!”
I’ve had a lot of dealings with them, and no problem is ever too small. Jake and Trevor just get on with things and they’re a nice bunch. Grace and Kat in the Sales Suite were also both very helpful when I was originally looking to buy. I could always ask them questions and they would go above and beyond.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because they are a better build quality than others and the aftercare is one-hundred and ten percent.

"I like that Minerva Heights has so much potential."
“I feel safe here.”
Minera Heights is close to my place of work. My neighbours are a similar age to me and the safety that I feel here was the main factor in purchasing my property. It's a proper neighbourhood with a nature reserve. It has the potential to grow into a really good development within a few years. There were other housing providers on the development, but I liked the Miller Homes houses the best. I liked everything about the development, I particularly liked the driveways and size of the houses. Miller Homes is much better than the other developers.
“The staff gave me their time.”
Miller Homes were great. The solicitors were amazing and helpful. I spoke to them four times a week for two months. I was able to speak to them on the phone, via email and in person, they were really helpful.
“The home ticked all of my boxes.”
I viewed several properties because I knew that I wanted a two-bedroom home. I made the decision to buy based on the specification of the home and the size of the garden. The appliances included were the best match for me. I liked the neighbourhood and it is close to my place of work.
“I really like the customer service that they provide”
The two estate agents, Grace and Kat have been very good.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because one of the managers checks up on all the clients to see if they need anything. There have been delays but in the current economic climate that's understandable. They provide text messages and emails and I feel like I'm being looked after. The service they provide can't be matched.
